Nestled along the picturesque River Severn, Angel Inn Stourport serves as an ideal base for exploring the vibrant surroundings, including the charming town of Stourport and historical gems like Brockhampton Estate and Coughton Hall. My recent gourmet getaway here was a delightful experience that offered a charming contrast to the bustling atmosphere outside. The hosts, welcoming by nature, made my family feel at home immediately upon arrival. Their beautiful Labradors added a touch of warmth to the ambiance. The room was cozy, tidy, and well-decorated, providing an excellent respite after a day of exploration. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight of our stay. I savored a thoughtfully crafted breakfast that blended local ingredients with innovative culinary techniques, followed by lunch where I enjoyed a sumptuous dish inspired by seasonal produce. The atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting, perfect for indulging in gastronomic delights while experiencing the conviviality of fellow diners. I would gladly return for another enriching experience.
